There are a number of factors we take into account when quoting the mobile DJ costs for your event. Remember, we do offer a free, no obligation quote. Contact us to check on availability and to ask for a quote. Some questions we will ask are:
How many guests will be attending and what is the size of your venue?
This ensures we bring the correct amount of equipment to cater for your event. Set up time for smaller venues is approximately 1 hour. With a larger set up normally taking around 2 hours.
How long will the event be?
We base our prices on hourly rates.
Do you require an early set up of equipment?
Some events such as weddings, anniversaries and presentation evenings have a meal prior to the start of the entertainment. To ensure the disco starts after the meal, we would need to set up early. For safety reasons, we do not leave equipment unattended during this time.
Do you require background music?
For instance, during a meal.
Is the venue room upstairs or difficult to access?
If so, we may need to carry out a site visit to assess how much extra time and cost this will add.
When is your event?
Key dates such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve and dates in December carry a slight premium on price against not so busy periods.
Where is the venue located?
We do not charge extra for venues within a 25-mile radius of Pelsall
On agreement of a quote, we will book the date. For standard bookings, we require a £50 deposit within 14 days of the making the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will act as a cancellation fee if for any reason you decide to cancel. We accept deposits by cheque or bank transfer. Upon receipt of a deposit, we will then provide a booking contract.
